EVENTORI Community Day & Rebranding Evening: A Day of Connections, Conversations, and a New Identity for EVENTORI
On June 3, EVENTORI brought its community together for a landmark day: product ideation workshops, a pétanque tournament, and in the evening, the official unveiling of its new brand identity in front of over 75 clients, prospects, and partners.
On Wednesday, June 3, we held our Community Day and Rebranding Evening, bringing together 10 clubs, 35 people for the day, and over 75 for the evening. Product workshops, a deep dive into EVENTORI’s strategic vision, a pétanque tournament, an awards ceremony, and the unveiling of our new brand identity: the event delivered on every promise. Here is a look back at a day designed for and with our community.

A Day Designed for the Community
The EVENTORI Community Day is, above all, a day designed for our client community. It was a chance for attendees to connect with industry peers and with our team. The day combined in-depth discussions on today’s ticketing challenges with informal moments and hands-on workshops.
In the morning, we shared our product vision for 2030, structured around three pillars:
- Delivering the smoothest user experience possible and ensuring at all times a solid performance, both for fans navigating the ticketing journey and for club teams managing their day-to-day operations.
- A data-first approach and AI-driven innovation, with features like real-time revenue management and decision-support tools, designed to help clubs make better decisions faster, and improve their performance.
- Providing hands-on expertise and a lasting partnership that creates value. Because behind the platform, there's a team that knows the world of sports and stays close to its clients.
This strategy unfolds across four product areas:
- Back Office & Operations: Saving time and managing everything effectively from a single interface. Operational management, multichannel sales, installment payments, VIP hospitality, and AI-assisted customer support.
- Data & BI: Leveraging high-quality, AI-enhanced data to improve performance. Customer data, partner relations, marketing activation, and decision intelligence.
- Activation & Fan Engagement: Putting the fan at the center of the system. Official app, gamification, and a dedicated membership program to engage and retain fans.
- Revenue & AI: Equipping clubs to maximize their revenue. Smart forecasting, seating optimization, and strategic commercial performance management.
“Thank you to the whole EVENTORI team for this exceptional event, which was my first. It was also a pleasure to meet you all, and I hope we all cross paths again soon on new horizons.”
Iris Koutoupot, Ticketing & Merchandising Assistant, QRM

Clara Noiran, Ticketing Manager at Rodez AF, then took the stage to share a concrete and inspiring firsthand account. The club has trusted us since 2023 and has renewed its partnership with EVENTORI for the seasons ahead.
The results speak for themselves. On the season-ticket side:
- +24% in season-ticket volume
- 85% renewal rate
- +35% new season-ticket holders
- +29% in season-ticket revenue
On the individual ticketing side, the transformation is equally striking: 90% of sales now happen online (up from 75% before), occupancy has reached 90%, and the club has sold-out six matches. Since signing with EVENTORI in 2023, the total revenue has grown by 361%.
Results are also built on strong on-field momentum: Rodez AF has a 22-match unbeaten run, just six defeats, including during only two home games, and currently sits fifth in Ligue 2 BKT.
A big thank you to Clara for sharing these results with such openness and enthusiasm.

Product Workshops: Co-Creating the Future With EVENTORI’s Clients
One of the highlights of the EVENTORI Community Day were the product workshops, who brought clients together to ensure we build as close as possible to their real business needs.
Split into three groups, participants worked through several ideation sessions, which they then presented to the full group. Topics included:
- Decision-support tools: Exploring new management and reporting tools to better visualize and analyze club activity.
- Fan App: Ideation around an official fan-facing app, imagining the features that would best meet the expectations of clubs and their fans.
- AI & tracking: This was all about how clubs can better understand their fan base's usage, habits, and purchasing behavior, in order to identify missed opportunities and make decisions that improve what's already in place.
Rich discussions, ideas that translate directly into product decisions: this is precisely why moments like these matter.
“Thank you all for the day, and thank you for the warm welcome and the organization. It was fantastic!”
Mathilde Sureau, Stadium Manager & Ticketing Coordinator, Angers SCO

Team Building: When the Community Comes Together Beyond Meetings
As the working sessions came to a close, it was time to step outside for a more informal part of the day. Because that's also what our Community Days are all about: conversations that flow differently and connections that form naturally, away from meeting rooms and videoconference calls.
Over lunch, the barbecue set the tone for a relaxed moment: Gathered around a shared meal, clients and the EVENTORI team could reconnect in an informal setting, exchange their experiences, and share ideas and best practices. These moments are often where the most meaningful conversations happen.

The day also made room for a bit of fun: a Kahoot with sports trivia and plenty of good-natured competition. And because no Community Day in a beach setting would be complete without it, we ended with a pétanque tournament — a convivial moment that left some very proud winners behind.

The Rebranding Evening: A New Era for EVENTORI
In the evening, over 75 clients, prospects, and partners joined us at our office to officially celebrate our new brand identity. Set in a relaxed atmosphere over cocktails and canapés that kept the conversations flowing, the event marked the perfect setting to mark this milestone together.
Because this rebrand goes far beyond a simple visual refresh. Our new identity reflects who we truly are: the gateway to intelligent ticketing, an all-in-one AI-powered platform, designed to support our ambition to grow both nationwide and internationally. It's this conviction that drives us to organize events like this one, because the best relationships are built by coming together, sharing, and moving forward as one.
Baptiste Jourdan, CRO of EVENTORI, took the floor to present our Vision 2030 and reminded us of what propels this community forward: making ticketing a strategic lever for performance, fan experience, and growth. A vision built on three commitments (user experience and performance, data-first approach and AI-driven innovation, support and expertise), which is already translating into tangible results for our clients:
- +20% revenue on average in the first year
- +10% average sales increase
- 5 hours saved per week
- 2M+ tickets sold and scanned
- 7M+ tickets analyzed
- 50+ features delivered
And the momentum keeps building. From 7 clubs in 2024 to 20 in 2025, EVENTORI continues to establish itself as the leading platform for sports clubs and event organizers, with 35 clients in 2026 so far.
“Thank you to the EVENTORI teams and to everyone for the day. I'll echo what everyone's said, it really was a great day!”
Pierre Gueny, Ticketing & Merchandising Manager, Nanterre 92

The EVENTORI Awards: This Edition's Winners
Jules Delille, our Head of Customer Success, hosted the EVENTORI Awards ceremony. A moment designed to shine a light on the clubs we work with every day, and to celebrate those who have made their ticketing operation a genuine performance driver. Behind every number is a team that dared to rethink its practices and trust in the potential of intelligent ticketing.
This edition’s awards went to four outstanding clubs:

Meet the Team
This event wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and energy of the EVENTORI and Wiremind team members who worked hard to bring it to life. From planning and logistics to stage presence and on-the-day support, every contribution mattered.
We want to extend a special thank-you to:
- Colin Girault-Matz, our CEO and Co-founder, and Charles Pierre, our CTO and Co-founder, for their trust in this event and their continued support.

What's Next?
Beyond the event itself, the day confirmed one thing: there's a real community around EVENTORI, one that shows up, shares experiences and opinions, and builds together. The conversations of the day, the ideas from the workshops, and the feedback from our clients are already feeding into our product thinking and roadmap.
The next step? Keep moving forward together. The insights gathered during the ideation workshop sessions will flow directly into EVENTORI’s product roadmap, with plans already underway to organize more types events of this kind so that the community can continue to shape EVENTORI, for them and with them.
